Offline Training on “IoT and Automation Systems” Held at Dellifood Factory


FOLKSAUTOMATION.COM – Tangerang, Indonesia, October 23, 2024 – On October 22, 2024, PT Dellifood Sentosa Corpindo hosted an offline training session at its factory in Tangerang, Banten. The training, led by the PLC Folks team., in collaboration with the operational team from Mayora Group. The event aimed to equip participants with knowledge and skills on implementing automation and IoT systems in the factory’s operations.
The training focused on the use of IoT-PLC Folks Automation FC100-B, a programmable logic controller designed to support industrial automation processes. Participants were given hands-on experience with the FC100-B, including its IO modules for digital input (DI) and digital output (DO), as well as external modules to read data through Modbus RS485 protocols. Additionally, the training covered the integration of data transmission using the MQTT protocol via the Node-RED platform, enabling real-time data exchange between devices.
This initiative underscores Dellifood’s commitment to modernizing its production facilities by adopting cutting-edge technologies. By implementing these automation systems, the company aims to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and integrate IoT-driven solutions within its manufacturing ecosystem.
